General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for the LS Sylbaris website

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are intended to define the terms and conditions of sale between LS Sylbaris (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") making a purchase on the website https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludger_Sylbaris.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by the Seller are rums and accessories related to this world (hereinafter referred to as the "Products").

The Products are described on the Seller's website with the greatest possible accuracy. The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with all the information necessary to make his decision, in particular the essential characteristics of the Products, their prices and delivery conditions.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices of the Products do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition and indicated to the Customer before validation of his order.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

The Customer can place his order on the Seller's website by following the following steps:

1. Creation of an account or identification of the Customer
2. Selection of Products and addition to cart
3. Validation of the cart and choice of delivery method
4. Validation of the order and choice of payment method
5. Acceptance of the GTC and payment of the order
6. Confirmation of the order by the Seller by email

The Seller undertakes to send the Customer an order confirmation email summarizing the essential elements of the order,including the Products ordered, prices, delivery costs and delivery times.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

Payment for the Products is made by credit card, via a secure payment platform. The Customer undertakes to provide the Seller with his accurate and complete bank details.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY

The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products within [Delivery time] working days from the date of validation of the order.

The Customer is informed of the delivery time before validation of his order. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of the shipment of his order and to provide him with a tracking number.

In case of exceeding the delivery time by more than [Number of days] working days, the Customer may cancel his order and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of his decision by registered letter with return receipt or by email to the following address: [Seller's email address].

The Customer must then return the Products to the Seller within 14 working days from the notification of his decision to withdraw. The return costs are at the Customer's expense.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, within 14 working days from receipt of the returned Products or proof of shipment of the Products.

ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTY

The Products are guaranteed against any hidden defect for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

In the event of a hidden defect, the Customer may choose to request the repair or replacement of the Product. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, the Customer may request a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of:

• Damage caused by third parties
• Use of Products not in accordance with their intended purpose
• Modification of Products by the Customer
• Customer's fault

ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Products, as well as the Seller's website and all its content, are protected by intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights and patents.

The Customer is prohibited from reproducing, representing, modifying, distributing or exploiting, in any way whatsoever,the Products or the Seller's website and its content without the prior written authorization of the Seller.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office.

ARTICLE 12 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These G
