ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are intended to define the terms and conditions of sale between SYLBARIS. LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and its customers via the website sylbaris.com.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order on the sylbaris.com website. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale on the sylbaris.com website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of an error or omission, SYLBARIS. LLC cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES

The prices of the products offered for sale on the sylbaris.com website are indicated in US dollars (USD) and excluding taxes. The amount of applicable taxes will be specified at the time of order. SYLBARIS. LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but undertakes to invoice the products at the price indicated when the order is validated.

ARTICLE 5 - ORDER

The customer can place an order on the sylbaris.com website by adding the desired products to their cart and following the order validation instructions. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the prices and general terms and conditions of sale. SYLBARIS. LLC reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

Payment for products ordered on the sylbaris.com website is made by credit card or via a PayPal account. Payments are secured via the Stripe online payment system. The customer guarantees SYLBARIS. LLC that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

Products ordered on the sylbaris.com website are delivered to the address indicated at the time of order. Delivery times are given as an indication only and are not guaranteed. SYLBARIS. LLC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or in case of force majeure.

ARTICLE 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice. SYLBARIS. LLC will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The sylbaris.com website and its content are the exclusive property of SYLBARIS. LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation or use, even partial, is prohibited without the prior authorization of SYLBARIS. LLC.

ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA

SYLBARIS. LLC undertakes to respect the confidentiality of customer data. The data collected is used for the processing of orders, the management of customer accounts and the sending of newsletters. The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by New York law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office.

ARTICLE 12 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These GTC constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written.

ARTICLE 13 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these GTC is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these GTC and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ARTICLE 14 - WAIVER

No waiver of any provision of these GTC shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

ARTICLE 15 - NOTICES

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
